It all started for Neal back in 2002. After a quick trip to a local sporting goods store that had a climbing wall, there was no turning back. After a fairly successful youth competition stint, Neal turned to the great outdoors and was fortunate enough to be able to call the Red River Gorge his home crag. These days, you can usually find Neal at one of the many gyms in the Midwest turning a wrench as a full time freelance routesetter. If he’s not in the gym building rock climbs he is probably outside climbing and finding inspiration.
