Zach Campbell

Zach was born in Atlanta Georgia but grew up in Nashville Tennessee and made many trips into the outdoors with his family as a youngster. He found that being outside around the animals, trees and rocks as a child would later shape much of his life. Zach began climbing at the age of 19, a late start, but from the beginning he loved how while climbing he could think of nothing more than climbing. All the worries and troubles that plagued his mind were gone when he focused on climbing, and in that escape he found a passion. Outdoor climbing took hold of him in an amazing way and he has been at it ever since. “There will always be ups and downs in climbing but if you take the failures just as much as the success, then you will appreciate climbing for more than its superficial qualities.”
