Trevor started his love of climbing on his 14th birthday at Hangar 18 Upland. Before long climbing started to take over Trevor’s life, and soon he became an employee for Hangar 18. Trevor soon began to learn the weekend warrior lifestyle at local crags such as Black Mountains, Tramway, and Joshua Tree.
Trevor then found his love within climbing, course setting. While working at Hangar 18 Trevor took a course setting job and loved every second of it. What drew Trevor to setting is the love of learning, to better yourself as a setter is to refine your own climbing.
Trevor started to make a name for himself in the small group of Southern California Setters, behind scene of ABS and local competitions is where Trevor thrives, creating art that only can be seen when everything goes right for a talented climber. Trevor has been a shoe tester for Evolv for around 5 years. Seeing many shoes come and go Trevor likes to stick with comfortable models in the gym like the Additcts or Defys. Outside Trevor can be seen rocking the Nexxos or the Shamans but his all time favorite is the Geshido.
