Thank you for your interest in evolv high friction footwear. We are committed to producing the highest quality footwear and stand behind everything we make.
Please complete all billing and shipping information during the checkout process. Your credit card will be charged when you submit your order. Please only click submit once to avoid any duplicate charges. Once your order is complete you will receive an email notification with your order summary and order number. When contacting evolv regarding your order, please have your order number available. In the case an item is backordered we will contact you via phone and/or email within 1 business day of your order being placed.
We ship anywhere in the US and Canada. All orders ship via ground shipping within 48 hours of the order being placed. Expedited shipping is available by contacting evolv. Orders received before 2P.M. PST normally ship that same day. Orders placed after 2P.M. will be shipped the following business day. Transit time is normally 3-5 business days from the day your order is received by the carrier at our facility. Shipping to Canada:
All orders shipping to Canada are subject to additional fees and/or duties assessed by the carrier upon import. UPS is the ONLY carrier that provides tracking across the border. Orders shipped via UPS will be charged a brokerage fee on top of the regular duties associated with importing goods to Canada. Orders shipped via USPS will not be charged a brokerage fee; this is included with the price of shipping. Orders shipped via USPS will not have tracking available once they enter Canada; shipping times are not guaranteed and can take up to an additional 4 weeks to clear the border. Evolv is not responsible for any order shipped via USPS once they arrive at the border. All evolv climbing shoes are made in the USA and qualify for NAFTA. Evolv approach and lifestyle shoes are made in Korea and DO NOT qualify for NAFTA. Shoes made outside of the USA are subject to additional fees. Unused merchandise can be returned for a size exchange within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in sellable condition to qualify for an exchange. Taking the shoes to the gym and trying them out on one route means they are used and non-returnable. We ask that you try them on inside your home, in a clean environment, before using them outdoors or at a climbing gym. If you need help determining whether or not you have the ideal size or model, please call or email us, and we will be happy to help you. To exchange product, visit our website at www.evolvsports.com, select the customer service link, print out and include a completed exchange form with your shoes. Please note that you will have to pay the full shipping cost associated with your exchange; shipping product to us, as well as shipping your exchanged product back to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. All items must be unused and in the original packaging to receive this refund. A refund will be issued for the merchandise total only. Items ordered from our closeout site are not available for a refund.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we stand behind every product we make. All evolv products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of evolv. If replacement product is not available, credit will be given for the original purchase price when returned with a receipt. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other than intended.
