We appreciate your interest in Evolv’s Pro Purchase Program. This program is designed as a courtesy to industry professionals, outdoor retail employees, and Evolv team athletes. We feel that you are in a unique position to benefit from the use of our shoes as well as promote our brand. Yeah, we think you’re pretty special! As such, this program is a privilege that is extended to those sole individuals only and is not for family and friends under any circumstances. You may not resell the products, even to friends, or allow anybody else to purchase products under your account. We reserve the right to limit the quantity, style, size or geographic area you ship to. We can revoke your pro purchase status at any time for any reason at our discretion and without notice.

It is our goal to maintain a professional and positive relationship with our retailers. Therefore, you should never speak to any of our retailers or their customers about our pro pricing. You should NOT go to the retailers to purchase, exchange, or return pro purchase items. We also ask that you not blatantly abuse our relationship with our retailers by using them only to size your shoes.
Abuse of any of these conditions will result in immediate and permanent termination of your pro purchase account.

Logging on and Ordering:
After your application is submitted, please allow up to 10 business days for a confirmation email. This means avoid calling us every five minutes and asking if we got your application – that’s actually a good way to get denied. Once approved, you will receive an email with your pro purchase status. Please visit our website at www.evolvsports.com to start shopping. Once you have selected your product(s) and logged in using your username and password, your pro purchase price will appear on the check out page.

All pro deal sales are final; we will not be able to accept product for a refund - no exceptions. Please review your order before checking out.

Unused merchandise can be returned for a size exchange within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition to qualify for an exchange. Taking the shoes to the gym and trying them out on one route means they are used and non returnable. We ask that you try them on inside your home in a clean environment before using them outdoors or at a climbing gym. If you need help determining whether or not you have the ideal size or model, call us or email us and we'll be happy to help you. To exchange product visit our website at www.evolvsports.com and select the services tab, print out and include a completed exchange form with your shoes. Please note that you will have to pay the full shipping cost associated with your exchange (shipping product to us as well as shipping your exchanged product back to you).

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we stand behind every product we make. All Evolv products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Evolv. If replacement product is not available, credit will be given for the original purchase price when returned with a receipt. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other than intended.
